Bill's coming. Always fun to see Bill.
It's not an official "political" stop on his wife's campaign tour though, it's a "lecture tour" for cash.
He's going to be at the Riverside Theater on April 28th and tickets range from $39.50 to $250.00 with a "VIP section" that's doesn't have a listed price. I've seen scalper prices online for upwards of $500.00 already.
I'm not sure how I feel about this. I mean of course, he can use his money to support his wife's campaign in some kind of loophole. We all expect his celebrity and ongoing loyal supporters will pay to see him speak. I just find this a whole different way to run a campaign with spousal support and something about it is...well...just odd.
Anyway. No one seems to be talking about it. No one else has posted as far as I can tell, so I thought I'd mention it and open it up for comment.
